The process for registering for an online course is as follows:
STEP 1: Complete the registration form here.
STEP 2: Check your inbox for an account email from us. You will need to activate your new account using the link in the email.
STEP 3: Email us a copy of your ID document or Passport. Your account will be deactivated if you do not complete this step within 72 hours.
STEP 4: Login to your new account using your email address and the password sent to you.
STEP 5: Choose the online course you want to do and complete the order / make payment. You can then access your course dashboard after logging in.
STEP 6: If you require an invoice in the name of your company or employer please request this in the note field of any order placed – we will generate this for you and send to you via email. Kindly ensure that you have captured your company or employer details on your profile.
For our South African learners – we will also register you on the ETDP SETA Indicium system once we have received a copy of your ID under step 3 above.
